The apartments are located in Hladna Uvala, a peaceful coastal area between Bar and Ulcinj. Our surroundings are ideal for a quiet family holiday, as the property is away from major roads and offers a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.

The property features a large, beautifully landscaped green area, located very close to the sea – just 1–2 minutes on foot from the beach. There are two restaurants nearby serving delicious homemade Mediterranean cuisine.

A grocery store is just over a 5-minute walk away, while another supermarket on the road towards Ulcinj can be reached in about 7 minutes on foot. Bar is approximately 10 km away, while Ulcinj is also about 10 km away. Just a few kilometres away you can visit the famous historic town of Stari Bar.

A bus stop is only 15 metres from the apartments, while the nearest railway station is approximately 10 km away.

Apartments Nikezić also feature a large private, fully fenced yard, providing a safe place for children to play. Younger guests can enjoy scooters, balls, and other toys available on the property. The garden is also a wonderful place for adults to relax and enjoy unforgettable evenings with a barbecue and great company.

If you arrive by car, a large private parking area is available in front of the house.

We also provide airport, railway station, and bus station transfers at an additional charge. We organize guest transfers and day trips throughout Montenegro, with the aim of offering you as many destinations and experiences as possible.

Among the destinations we recommend are Ostrog Monastery, Moraca Monastery, rafting on the Tara River, Durmitor National Park, the Njegos Mausoleum, Lake Skadar, and many other attractions.
