Its located in Prcanj, there are two separate apartments in one house both are 120m2, with separate entrances, every floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air-condition, kitchen, washing-machine and dishwasher, living room, dining room, beach is located 10m from the house as you will see from the pictures. Everything inside is new form furniture to bathrooms, the view is amazing from terrace, living room and dinning room. They are facing the sea and the landscape of Dobrota which is across the sea. The floor that you choose is entirely yours, only shared space are the stairs leading to the house and the outside terrace which is separated from both floors. There is a cafe on the ground floor.
Almost all surrounding houses are also renting places, and homeowners are friendly,they are in the same business of making people comfortable. There is a 4 star hotel approximately 100m and a restaurant across from it. the beach is in front of the house but there is a larger one 100m away. It’s usually quite peaceful and there aren’t any disturbances. Parking for guests is in front of the house, public transportation is also available, you can catch bus anywhere they will stop and also get out when you want, that’s how they operate, or you can use a taxi.
