Apartment Natalija is located in the weekend settlement Cajetinska cesma, just 4 km from the center of Kopaonik.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a private house and covers 42 m² (38 m² interior space). It comfortably accommodates up to four adults and consists of a living room, bedroom, dining area, kitchen, hallway, and bathroom.

Apartment Features

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils for up to six people, including a built-in stovetop and oven, refrigerator with freezer drawer, electric mixers, toaster, kitchen scale, and complete sets of glasses (including wine glasses).

The living room includes a pull-out sofa (150×200), with an optional memory foam topper for extra comfort. Guests can enjoy a LED TV, Wi-Fi, Android TV box, and a Yamaha AV receiver with speakers, as well as a small library.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (160×200) with a 21 cm mattress and a wardrobe.

Each guest is provided with premium-quality bed linen by Kronborg (OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified), along with two towels (small and medium size).

The bathroom includes a washing machine. Heating is fully automated using modern Elnur Gabarron smart radiators, while the bathroom is heated with a panel radiator.

Outdoor Space

The apartment opens onto a spacious 20 m² terrace, furnished during the summer with garden chairs, a table, and a sun lounger—perfect for relaxing and sunbathing.

Location & Accessibility

The apartment is located 70 meters from the main road. During summer, vehicle access is possible up to 15 meters from the apartment. In winter, parking availability depends on snowfall but is generally accessible within the same distance.

Cajetinska cesma sits at around 1,400 meters above sea level on the southern side of Kopaonik – an ideal altitude for vacation and fresh mountain air. Compared to other parts of the mountain, this area typically experiences less fog and wind, and the road remains accessible throughout winter.

The apartment is located directly across from the Cajetinska fountain, which is also a stop for the ski bus running approximately every hour to the ski center.

The area is perfect for walking and outdoor activities, offering numerous trails and beautiful panoramic views stretching toward Kosovo and Montenegro.
