Apartment Nina consists of a living room and a bedroom. The bedroom features a large double (French) bed for two persons, while the living room includes a large bed for two persons and two single beds.

The apartment is fully equipped. A fireplace enhances the mountain atmosphere. It includes 2 TVs, cable channels, and Wi-Fi internet. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and a towel dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped for food preparation and serving, with plates and utensils, a refrigerator, an induction cooktop with two burners, a kettle, and a toaster. Bed linen and towels (large and small) are provided according to the number of guests. Additionally, the apartment includes an iron and a safe. Heating is electric, and guests can adjust the temperature themselves.

Parking in front of the building is free. The building also has a ski locker for guests with their own equipment.

On the ground floor, there is a ski rental shop for equipment hire.

The Bela Reka trail, the longest ski slope on Kopaonik, leads to the base of the gondola. This means that after skiing, you can return via the slope to within 150 meters of Apartment Nina.

Near Apartment Nina, there are several restaurants, pizzerias, and shops. Some restaurants offer live music in the evenings, allowing guests to enjoy food, drinks, and entertainment.

The center of Kopaonik is about 13 km away. It takes approximately 30 minutes by car to reach the center. Guests without a car can use taxi services—either standard or van taxis—which operate daily to the center at scheduled times or on request.
