Apartments Terra I & II are new, modern, and comfortable apartments located in the Old Town, in the very center of Rijeka (pedestrian zone). The location is perfect—although situated in the heart of the Old Town, you will still enjoy peace and quiet. We take great care of your stay and will do everything to make you feel at home. The neighborhood is calm and friendly, close to everything you need: bank, shops, bakery, restaurants, bars, taxi, and bus station. The apartments are just 50 meters from the main city promenade, Korzo—an excellent base for exploring Rijeka!

Two open parking areas (Delta and Gomila) are located 200 meters from the apartments, while the Stari Grad garage is only 100 meters away.

The historic city center features numerous residential and commercial buildings built or renovated in Neoclassical and Art Nouveau styles from the late 19th to the first half of the 20th century. This area includes most of the city’s landmarks: the main promenade Korzo, the National Theatre, the central market with a fish market, the Molo Longo pier, the Roman castrum, churches, museums, and parks—along with some of the best small restaurants offering local and international cuisine. Bars and clubs are also just a few steps away.

Thanks to its location, Rijeka is a perfect base for exploring the diversity of the surrounding region. In a short time, you can visit Opatija, ski on Platak above Rijeka in winter, enjoy races at the Grobnik Automotodrom, taste Istrian specialties, walk through the forests of Gorski Kotar, or explore nearby islands.
