Studio Apartments Petković is located in Gradiosnica, Tivat and offers you the right conditions for an idyllic holiday with family or friends. Proper and well-equipped apartments, peaceful surroundings, a large garden with a swimming pool and a friendly host, will make your vacation restful and full of beautiful memories.

The modestly furnished studio is located on the ground floor of our family home and has all the necessities for an enjoyable holiday. Double bed and a folding sofa, kitchenette with all utensils, en suite bathroom, terrace. Other amenities included are cable TV, air-condition, Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided. The studio is comfortable for 3 persons, or 2 adults with 2 kids.

An outdoor swimming pool is available for the period May-October. Deck chairs and umbrellas are at guests’ disposal, as well as an outdoor shower.

Barbecue, as well as a play area with table tennis and badminton, is another spot in our garden, next to the pool area, where you can spend your time with friends and family. For our youngest guest, playground area with swings and toys is available to enjoy their time in the garden.
Parking is available onsite free of charge, no reservation is necessary.

We live on-site so for any additional questions you might have during your stay, we will be glad to help. Also, we can organize airport transfer at a surcharge, as well as rental service or any other transfers on request.

Gradiosnica is set at the entrance of Tivat, 2 km from the Tivat airport and 3 km from the town center. It is a quiet suburban place, ideal for a relaxing break. There is a local supermarket 50 m from the property and a big supermarket 1 km away. The distance to the beach is 2 km.
Although it is the youngest town in the Boka region, Tivat has a lot of interesting and attractive destinations. Renaissance Summer House Buca in the center of city, Ostrvo Cvijeca (Flowers’ Island) with sacred monuments, Gornja Lastva, the old nucleus at an altitude of 300 m, the magnificent sandy beach at Plavi Horizonti and the Sveti Marko Island are the most visited tourist destinations in Tivat area. In the city itself, there is the natural port Kalimanj, as well as the new marina Porto Montenegro. Tivat is also the only place on the Montenegrin coast with an airport. There is also a choice of cultural events, such as “Bocce Olympiad” and “Summer Fest”.
