Guest House Jasmin is divided into two separate entrances, offering both rooms and a fully equipped apartment—perfect for different types of stays.

Entrance 1 (3 Rooms)

Room 1 (Ground Floor – 32 m²):
A double room with a TV and comfortable armchairs, featuring a modern interior that creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere. It also includes a private bathroom and a hallway with a wardrobe and shoe cabinet.

Room 2 (First Floor – 40 m²):
A double room with a French bed and a sofa bed as an additional sleeping option. It has a private bathroom, while the hallway, kitchen, and dining area are shared with Room 3. The room features stylish furniture, a modern TV, and a terrace for relaxing.

Room 3 (First Floor – 45 m²):
A triple room with three separate beds, which can be rearranged if needed. It includes a private bathroom, a terrace, a modern TV, and two armchairs.

The shared kitchen and dining area (for Rooms 2 and 3) are fully equipped for meal preparation and include dining tables and a TV.

Entrance 2 (Private Apartment)

This entrance is completely independent and leads directly to a ground-floor apartment (52 m²), ideal for longer stays.

The apartment includes two TVs (one in the bedroom and one in the living room), a work desk, a kitchenette, a microwave, and everything needed for preparing meals and enjoying a barbecue.

The terrace is furnished with two small tables, five chairs, and a large sun umbrella – perfect for relaxing outdoors.

Additional Amenities

All bathrooms are equipped with soap, liquid soap, toilet paper, toothpaste, slippers, toothbrushes, shower caps, bath products, and hairdryers.

Each room includes ironing equipment, a sewing kit, a first aid kit, and a cosmetic mirror.

The house has been fully renovated for rental purposes, so nearly everything is brand new. It is located on the main street, just after turning toward the spa area – fourth house from the spa entrance. The property is clearly marked with signage, making it easy to find.
