Guest House “Kandaferi 2” is located in a secluded area surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Elena Balkan Mountains. It offers an incredible view of the mountains and Chumerna Peak, while the house itself is nestled among the forest. Here, nature reveals all of its beauty.

The property is a combination of a restored traditional house and a newly built section, sharing a common courtyard. Beautiful scenery, fresh air, and delicious homemade cuisine will satisfy all your senses.

The total accommodation capacity is 14 + 6 beds, for a total of 20 guests.

Available to guests are:

• One apartment with two bedrooms and a living room
• One apartment with one bedroom and a living room
• Four double rooms with the possibility of accommodating a third person
• Spacious dining room with a fully equipped kitchen

All accommodation units have terraces with stunning views of the mountains and the Elena Balkan region. They are equipped with a refrigerator, TV, seating area, private bathroom, towels, and toiletries.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property and courtyard, while during winter the house is heated with central heating.

Upon prior request, we offer homemade meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Guests of Guest House “Kandaferi 2” can also enjoy our massage studio, where an experienced professional will provide complete relaxation.

Check-in is after 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM.

Please note that the last 100 meters before reaching the house are on a steep forest road accessible by car.
