The apartment features a large balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the entrance to the Bay of Kotor. The sea is just 30 metres away.

A large park is located in front of the building, making it ideal for relaxation and children’s play. It is also suitable for guests who enjoy an active holiday, with an outdoor fitness area nearby. A beach famous for its therapeutic mud is also located in the immediate vicinity.

This part of Igalo benefits from a unique combination of the Mediterranean climate from the entrance to the bay and the continental climate from the hinterland of Herceg Novi. The Orjen mountain, the highest mountain on the eastern Adriatic coast, is located approximately 6 km away as the crow flies.
