The property is located just 300 meters from Stara Tisa Nature Park and the nearby Curug Beach, considered by many to be one of the most beautiful beaches in Vojvodina.
The yard covers 1,500 m² and is adorned with decades-old trees and beautifully maintained flower beds. For daytime gatherings and events, the outdoor space can host up to 50 people.
Pool Area
A swimming pool measuring 8.4 x 4 m with a depth of 1.5 m is available from May to October. It includes a sunbathing platform with loungers, as well as a bathroom and outdoor shower.
Summer House with Outdoor Kitchen
A 30 m² summer house with an open kitchen is perfect for preparing and enjoying meals. It is fully equipped, including a barbecue area, and features a dining space with seating for up to 10 people.
