The entire house (up to 8 persons) is available for rent in Vinisce, located in Central Dalmatia. It is 20 km from Trogir, 50 km from Split, and 50 km from Sibenik. The house is only 30 meters from the sea and 40 meters from the nearest beach, and consists of a ground floor and an upper floor.

The house features a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle) with a dining area. The living room includes a corner sofa (convertible into a bed for 2 persons), SAT TV, and a CD radio. The house is equipped with internet access, and both floors have air conditioning. The ground and upper floors are connected by both external and internal stairs.

There are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers (one on each floor), including a washing machine. The house also has a fenced yard of 180 m² with a barbecue and an outdoor shower. On the upper floor, there is a covered terrace of 20 m² with seating furniture, while the ground floor also has a terrace with seating as part of the yard. Restaurants, post office, shops, market, and café bars are all within 100–200 meters from the house.

The owners live at another address, so the house is entirely at guests’ disposal. Guests also have access to a kayak and bicycles, which are included in the price, as well as the tourist tax.
