I am renting a luxury apartment in Dobrota, near Kotor, in the widest and sunniest part of the Bay of Kotor, in the Sveti Stasije area. The Old Town is 4 km away. Nearby, within 200–300 meters, you will find restaurants, a bakery, and a shop. A Blue Line minibus stop, which runs to Kotor Old Town, is located directly in front of the building.
The apartment is a one-bedroom unit, 55 m², situated on the first line to the sea. The terrace can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom, offering a view of the entire bay.
The maximum capacity is 4 persons, with a double box-spring bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
