Welcome to our cozy and functional apartment on Kopaonik, located in the Weekend Settlement – ideal for both winter and summer mountain holidays. ❄️ In winter, enjoy the snow and skiing. 🌿 In summer, it’s perfect for relaxation, walks, and fresh mountain air.

🛏 Capacity: Ideal for a couple or a family (maximum 4 persons), double bed and a sofa bed (three-seater size). Bed linen is provided.

🍽 Fully equipped kitchen: Two hotplates, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, and complete cookware and utensils for food preparation and serving.

🚿 Bathroom: Functional and fully equipped, towels provided.

🧖‍♀️ Additional amenities in the building (during winter season): Spa center, swimming pool, restaurant.
Note: The spa, pool, and restaurant operate only during the winter season and are subject to an additional charge. They are located two floors below the apartment.

📍 Location: Maxi supermarket 50 m away, another market nearby, and several restaurants in the surrounding area.
