According to the law, you must register yourself in tourist office. In order to make your life easier, we will take care of this for you.
There is also an obligation to pay tourist tax for whole period of your stay, the tax is 1 Eur/person/night (the tax is not included in the price for accommodation).
The tourist tax is to be paid during your check-in.
Parking for cars is on the plot, right next to the building, but unfortunately not concreted yet.
It's a gravel-paved parking, suitable for parking without any limitations.
Apart from this, please note it is a brand new building and that nobody has lived yet in the residence, so the apartments are brand new. We hope you will take care of them as your own and leave them in the same condition you have found them. We will very much appreciate if you notice any defect in the apartment, as it is our obligation to fix anything that is not perfect to keep our buyers happy !!
