A modernly renovated 140-year-old villa in the countryside, surrounded by unspoiled nature and just a few kilometers from the centers of Nova Gorica and Gorizia (Italy), offers you a high-quality and relaxing stay in contemporary double rooms with terraces. Wi-Fi is available in all areas.

We are also located just a few kilometers from the highway, making us a perfect stop if you are traveling through – an ideal place to relax and enjoy the peace. We will take care of everything for you.

The rooms are located on the first floor and include satellite TV, a private bathroom with a shower, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and a hairdryer. Daily housekeeping, towel changes, and regular bed linen replacement are included. Families can use a baby cot free of charge.

Each room has a private terrace where you can unwind after a long day, enjoy the park surroundings, and relax with a cup of tea or coffee.

On the ground floor, there is a shared dining area where you will be welcomed with a complimentary drink featuring local wines. Fresh fruit and homemade brandies are available throughout the day. In the morning, we serve a rich homemade breakfast.

Guests also have access to a kettle with tea, a coffee machine, and a microwave oven throughout the day. From the dining area, there is access to the atrium and park, which feature a playground, sun loungers, and a barbecue area.
