The best river panorama can be enjoyed from a water platform, perfect for soaking up sunny moments or relaxing under the starry sky with your favorite drink. On the ground level of the stilt house, there is a fully equipped summer pavilion with garden furniture, kitchen appliances, and barbecue facilities always at your disposal. Upstairs, a spacious balcony shaded by lush greenery overlooks the rest of the estate. The youngest guests can enjoy carefree play in unspoiled nature, and thanks to its layout, the property is also suitable for gatherings—making it an ideal place for riverside hedonism.

The property is perfect for family gatherings, stays with close friends, informal get-togethers with colleagues, as well as various types of celebrations suited to this kind of venue. For day use, it can host up to 20 people. Nearby, there is also the property “Miris Rose”, which can be rented together for larger groups or separately.

Upon request, a boat can also be used, and the surrounding area offers various popular outdoor locations and activities for adventure and active holidays in nature.
