The upper floor comprises three bedrooms and a bathroom equipped with a hairdryer, ironing facilities, and essential toiletries. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other two each feature two single beds. The total living area is 85 m².

• A city tax and insurance fee are charged separately: RSD 130 per adult per day and RSD 70 per child (7–15 years old) per day.
• Stays of fewer than three nights are subject to a 20% surcharge.
• Pets are generally not allowed. Exceptionally, guests with pets may be accommodated only in designated pet-friendly units for an additional fee of €10 per pet, per day, payable in the dinar equivalent according to the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia.
• Guests can enjoy discounted half-board or full-board meals at the nearby Grand “Jezero” Restaurant for an additional charge.
