  • The guests in general must respect the property. The keys will be deliverd upon arrival and i will personally explain you everything you need to know for the studio and the area.... The check out is 11:00 and the check in after 13.00 - Late check in is no problem even after anytime after midnight just inform me to be there to welcome you. - Check out.. We can storage your bags and luggage at the reception, all day. Turn off airconditioning before going out. About Laundry and iron services by professionals we can manage pick up /delivery same day at the lobby and the approx cost is 13 euros one wash -6 kilos-.For more info message us. The entrance in the studio of more people than the agreement is forbitten. Don't use several electric appliances at the same time. Smoking is not allowed in the studio, only at the balconies. Enjoy the studio respectfully as you were in your own place. *Please do not separate the key door and the eletricity card. We do not provide olive oil for the kitchen. *Please do not use the room towels to the beach. You can ask if there are beach towels available at the lobby.
