Villa Milica is a true mountain beauty. With its unique appearance, it rightly attracts the attention of visitors. It is built from natural materials, wood and brick, giving it an exceptional sense of warmth.

The villa has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, the second with two single beds and access to a terrace, and the third with a pull-out bed that can accommodate two people, also with access to a spacious sunny terrace. The living room features a sofa, two armchairs, and an additional bed, providing a comfortable space for relaxation. The kitchen is functional and well equipped. The villa also has a bathroom with a shower. Towels and bed linen are provided.

A special mountain atmosphere is created by a wood-burning stove that will keep you warm and make your stay unforgettable. The villa has its own parking space and a spacious yard surrounded by fir trees, providing deep shade during hot summer days. You will not need air conditioning or mosquito nets, as you will fully enjoy the natural surroundings, spring water, clean air, and untouched nature that Mount Golija offers.

Villa Milica is located in the Golija Nature Park, which is under UNESCO protection. The villa can be reached from three directions: Raska, Novi Pazar, and Ivanjica, via newly built main roads. It is situated in the center of Golija, near the source of the Studenica River. A grocery store is just 20 meters away, and restaurants are 200 meters from the property. A ski slope is 500 meters away, where ski equipment can also be rented.

Nearby attractions include a hike to the peak of Golija – Jankov Kamen (1833 m), 11 km away. A trip to Novi Pazar (30 km away) offers visits to landmarks such as the Pazarska market, Djurdjevi Stupovi monastery, Petrova Church, and the Novi Pazar fortress, as well as traditional local cuisine like cevapi, mantije, and baklava.

On the northwestern side of Golija, the road toward Ivanjica leads to Dajicko Lake and Kosanin Lakes, known as natural phenomena due to water level variations. For more adventurous guests, an excursion to the Uvac Special Nature Reserve via Sjenica (about 70 km away) is highly recommended.
