It is encased with natural stone and surrounded by lush flower garden. Sitting at the terrace you will enjoy the magnificent view on the sea, Cavtat and the Old Town of Dubrovnik.
Comfortably accommodating 11 guests, the villa spreads on 200 sq meters of internal accommodation surrounded by garden, pool, two terraces with sitting furniture and sun-beds, outside fireplace, private entrance and parking spaces. All 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, 4 bedrooms with showers and the Masterbedroom with a selfstanding antique bathtube.
The villa features open-space living areas: kitchen, dining & livingroom opening to a large seaview terrace and a gardenterrace with grill.

Sun- filled kitchen area is equipped with quality steel appliances, including a four-burner stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and also features coffee machine, kettle and a toaster. Utility room with washing machine, iron and ironboard.

The living area is elegantly decorated in soft neutral shades and tasteful antique furnishings.
Amenities include air conditioning, a large plasma with satellite reception, and free wi-fi coverage throughout the villa.
